Our Luxury Koi Pond builds take your pond experience up to the highest level of enjoyment. Crafted with meticulous details , industry leading construction methods, and XL boulders , this pond experience will blow you away and change your life. Footprints can vary, but a standard large koi pond starts at 10,000 gallon and up (ex : 15×30×4) . Some standard inclusions for our ponds include but not limited to :

*substantial lighting package

*Pond plants, marginal plants, and outcropping plants

*wetland filter , intake bay , UV Light for the filtration

*special details that could include statues, bridges, patios and walkways, and more.

*themes such as tropical , Japanese zen, local/natural, and more

*starter package of Koi fish

One of our favorite types of builds is a “pondless waterfall” , or what we like to scale up and re-create as natural streams and small river size features.

Requiring little to no maintenance , these features are built to instantly change your property into the waterfront estate you always dreamed of. By creating an extra large water storage basin and using heavy flow pumps, we can create various style features that are unlimited in size and scale. Our starter package at $50,000 allows up to 50 feet of “creek”, or a shorter span with larger waterfalls, or even something that includes dip-in zones especially for those furry friends. Each project is custom tailored to fit your property in the most natural and engaging way.
